Our Make-up services require a $50 booking fee to ensure our availability is maximised. It also ensures we have enough staff ready on the day of your appoinment to complete your make-up within your time requirment. You will need to contact our Studio to secure your deposit and appointment.
No worries! As long as you give us 48 hour notice we can refund $45 of your Make-Up booking fee.
If we do not receive enough notice, your booking fee is not refundable or exchangable.
We want to make sure all of our customers have the opportunity to book in with us. If cancellations dont occur within the 48 hour window, it results in an appointment that could have been booked by another client.
So if you need to cancel please contact our Studio and we will do our best to assit you.
If a service is redeemable it means the cost of the service can be redeembed back on products.
Our Make-Up service is $120 with $20 redeemable, so you will receive $20 worth of products of your choice.
Our Make-Up lessons/workshops are $150 with $50 redeemable, so you will receive $50 worth of products of your choice.
All orders are sent Express Post via Australia Post. Whilst we do expect express delivery within 1-2 business days from dispatch, we are seeing longer delays in metro areas (3-4 days) and up to 6 days for regional or remote areas. You will receive a tracking number within 24 hours of your order being placed. We offer free delivery with all orders $100 and above.
If you change your mind or the product you have purchased in not suitable, you are welcome to return your product to us within 14 days of purchase. The product must be in its original packaging and condition, and must not have been used. If the product has been slightly sampled, touched or unwrapped, we can not offer a refund.
